Clara's Tidbits Brings Variety To Fleming Island
Let’s talk a little bit about Clara’s Tidbits! They are new to Clay County. They are located in Fleming Island in the shopping center (opposite end from Mr. Chubby’s Wings) at 2349 Village Square Parkway, Suite 125.
I have actually eaten from Tidbits at several catered work events. They are consistent with taste. I visited the new location recently. Their menu features flavors not found at many other local sandwich shops. I had the Mediterranean wrap and pasta salad.
The wrap includes mixed greens, seasoned chicken, feta cheese, kalamata olives, and tomatoes. They serve the wrap with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side. I had to pour a little on each bite. The pasta salad was good, but it was a little dry. I did not partake in any of the desserts. I have heard they are quite tasty, including the pound cake and strawberry shortcake. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I would definitely go back to try something different for lunch. So, if you would like to try a new place for sandwiches, soups, salads, and different daily specials, give Clara’s Tidbits a try. Their hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 am - 6 pm, and Saturday, 10:30 am - 2:30 pm. Don’t try to visit for lunch after church on Sunday, as they are closed.
They have 3 other existing locations in Jacksonville as well!
