Trial Date Set For Former Oakleaf High Coach
Ben White Is Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Students
A trial date has been set in the case against Benjamin White. The former Oakleaf High School girls’ weightlifting coach is accused of lewd and lascivious behavior by some of his former athletes.
After two years of hearings and legal wrangling, White’s trial is set to begin the week of October 20th, 2025. White was discovered sending inappropriate but non-criminal text messages to students in early 2023. The discovery of these messages led to several alleged victims coming forward.

In December of 2023, Clay News & Views discovered pictures featuring White and students remained on the social media accounts for Oakleaf High School despite the serious charges White faces. Many of those pictures are still there as of the time this article was published.
A final pre-trial hearing is set for September 23rd, 2025.
