The County is trying to balance their budget for next year I believe have Motes and Mock take retirement would help balance that budget and open up CCFD up for chance at improvement being as they spend little to no time at the county fire stations
Chief Motes also doesn’t want them to know he takes his vehicle into Jacksonville to pick his children up and then transports them in a county vehicle to school. His wife is a JFRD firefighter.
